Local products and markets

Fruitière 1900 is a traditional cheese dairy where the visitors can see how Comté cheese was made in the 19th century, cooked over a wood fire in a giant copper cauldron. Sylvain, a cheese maker full of enthusiasm and energy, makes cheese in front of the visitors and explains to them step by step how he works. The visit lasts about 2 hours and is free.
In addition to cheese, lots of regional products are also on sale : wine, charcuterie and wooden objects.
